How does it know which comments I can see?
Discussion is per episode and locked until you've marked that episode watched. Your own progress is the key, no honor system involved.
Can I post GIFs and stills?
Yes. Per-episode comments support GIFs and stills, because sometimes words fail.
What about spoilers for later episodes inside a thread?
Comments that spoil ahead can be marked as spoilers: they show blurred, tap to reveal. Between per-episode locking and spoiler marking, accidents don't happen.
Is the discussion free?
Yes. Like everything on Seriesly TV: no paid plan, no ads.
